GJC Moot Proposition 2023

Introduction

Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon Global Jural Conclave, 2022-23 is being organized by Lloyd Law College with technical support from Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy and Training (MILAT) at Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India from 15th to 18th of February, 2023. India can nominate up to 25 teams for this global event, based on the memorial selection.

The Judicial Colloquium and Law Students’ Conference will be held from 15th to 18th February along with the Global mooting competition at Lloyd Law College.

Judicial Colloquium is a platform for jurists and academia to come together to deliberate upon current issues and challenges in the Constitutional and Public Law domain focusing on the comparative perspective to give insights into the global thinking and strategies to address them. The idea of the Law Students’ Conference is to provide a forum for interaction and exchange of ideas among the law students from different countries for their excellence in legal education and professional development. Understanding the legal system of each other's country will be mutually beneficial in the context of professional development, trade in legal services and law reform.

 The topics for the Law Students Conference and Judicial Colloquium are "Dynamics of Liberty and Rights in Crisis" and “Crisis Management and Justice Delivery: Comparative Perspective”, respectively.
